Rates:  The basic rate is $170 per night for two people.  The price may be higher during peak periods.  The actual price will depend on the season and availability.   There is no discount if one person would like to rent out the home.

Additional Guests:  For each guest over two, the fee is $15 per person per night.

Lodging Tax is 7%.

Cleaning fee: Is 60.00 for up to 4 people and $75 for 4 or more.  If additional cleaning is needed beyond the typical need, we will bill out $17.50 per hour for this additional cost. 

Pet costs:  We are sorry, but we do not allow pets in our vacation home.

Payment methods:  Payment is by credit card only. 

High and Low Seasons:  High seasons are in the summer and winter.  The low season is the Spring and Fall.
